Dr. Jerome Wendell Wright, a supporter of the African Diaspora Museology Institute, passed away in 2022 at the age of 88. Dr. Wright was an avid collector of African art, books, and music, and his home in Savannah, Georgia, was transformed into a mini museum showcasing his favorite pieces. Throughout his life, Dr. Wright pursued education in various fields, including anthropology, social work, and librarianship, and held teaching positions at several universities.
