Abstrakt: The article discusses a rare condition called Haberland syndrome or encephalocraniocutaneous lipomatosis (ECCL), characterized by abnormalities in the eyes, skin, central nervous system, and bone. The case study presented describes an adolescent with ECCL who developed a diffuse leptomeningeal glioneural tumor (DL-GNT), highlighting the importance of close clinical and radiological monitoring in children with ECCL. The study suggests a possible link between ECCL and tumorigenesis, emphasizing the need for further research to understand the correlation between ECCL and central nervous system neoplasms.
