This paper presents an innovative technique for designing and manufacturing silicone molds, but the development of cost-effective, water-resistant rubber materials that are conductive, elastic, strong, and easily modified remains a challenge. The research discussed in this paper covers the complete process of silicone mold making, which is a traditional and cost-effective method of manufacturing parts and components for a wide range of applications. A silicone rubber mold is created from a master model and filled with liquid resin, paraffin, or gypsum to produce a replica of the original. This technique is used in the reversal optimization step to produce molds that can be used to make additional molds. Silicone rubber products possess unique advantages that are particularly beneficial for producing molds and prototypes. Regardless of the task's complexity, the broad range of products available enables us to find the perfect mold-making solution to meet our specific needs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
