In this research paper the present investigation was undertaken to understand the relationship between Academic Qualifications of secondary school teachers and their Professional Commitment. The sample for the investigation consists of 600 male and female secondary school teachers from both private and government schools of Delhi. To examine the Professional Commitment level of secondary school teachers, Professional Commitment scale developed by Deepa Sikand Kauts and Varinder kaur (2019) was used which provides seven dimensions viz. Extremely High, High, Above Average, Average, Below Average, Low and extremely Low. Results were statically inferred through paired T Test technique. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
