Abstrakt: This explores the long-term effect of teacher training on student success in higher education through the scope of some pivotal factors such as innovation, resilience, gamification, and vocational education. This study explored how holistic teacher training influences outcomes among students by employing a combination of both qualitative and quantitative methods for the exploration. The results showed that 78% of the trained teachers, as compared with creative approaches provided by programmes like FOCUS, have enhanced classroom engagement, thus resulting in a 20% improvement in performance. The second increase was 15% by the teachers trained in resilience techniques, such as the Phoenix Bird Technique, in managing classroom problems, thus making a huge contribution to creating a better learning environment. Gamification in teacher training improved preservice teachers' attitudes towards subjects such as physics and chemistry by 25%, thereby making the interactive learning strategies effective. Moreover, the results of advanced vocational education reveal that novice teachers underwent a 30% improvement in their skill sets, ultimately increasing the numbers of student satisfaction ratings. Overall, imaginative, effective teacher education programs will empower educators to improve student interest, success, and long-term performance in higher education. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
