Abstrakt: A recent study from the School of Nursing in Santiago, Chile, explores the role of kinin receptors B1 and B2 in breast cancer cell migration and invasion. The research found that these receptors, when activated by certain peptides, can promote migration and invasion in breast cancer cells through the FAK-Src signaling pathway. Inhibiting these receptors in vivo was shown to impair tumor growth, highlighting a potential target for therapeutic interventions in breast cancer. The study provides valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying breast cancer progression and potential treatment strategies. [Extracted from the article]
