The article details the clinical presentation, imaging findings, and pathological diagnosis of intimal metastasis of undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, which was initially mistaken for an aortic embolus. The patient ultimately succumbed to the disease, and autopsy revealed tumor emboli within the aortic lumen. Topics include undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, aortic embolism, and intimal metastasis. |
