Abstrakt: The article delves into the views of airline employees regarding sustainability, green business practices, and corporate reputation. It underscores the significance of employee attitudes towards sustainability for firms to maintain sustainability. Businesses are increasingly prioritizing green organizational behaviors, with employees playing a pivotal role in their implementation. The study offers valuable insights into sustainability and corporate reputation in the aviation industry, emphasizing the importance of employee involvement in green organizational activities. Employees in airline companies face barriers to sustainability, such as lack of awareness and technological advancements, but engage in eco-friendly practices like recycling and energy conservation. Their green behaviors are influenced by factors like customer satisfaction and emotional appeal. The study recommends that organizations provide training, support environmental initiatives, and engage employees in sustainability efforts to boost corporate reputation and employee contentment.
