The study aimed to know the impact of the work environment on occupational safety and to clarify the best methods on which the training and learning process should be based. The importance of the study stems from the importance of training and occupational health and safety. The study sample consisted of employees of the General Secretariat of Government - Sinnar State. The sample was selected through a comprehensive enumeration of the study population of 56 employees, and the researcher adopted the questionnaire for collecting data. Quantitative data analysis was used, using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The most important results: There is a statistically significant relationship at the 0.05 level of significance between the organizational structure and occupational health and safety. There is no statistically significant relationship at the 0.05 level of significance between the axes. The work environment (tasks and duties, the physical work environment, the technological work environment) and occupational health and safety. There is a statistically significant relationship at the 0.05 level of significance between the two axes of the work environment (tasks and duties, organizational structure) and training and learning. There is no statistically significant relationship at the 0.05 level of significance.
