This research reveals an experimental study to prepare a polymer composite reinforced with hybrid natural materials. The composite materials are reinforced of two types of natural materials prepared in hand lay-up in different weight fractions, It includes the preparation of polymer reinforced by two kinds of particle materials (sawdust and fly ash) to make hybrid composite materials by fixing sawdust (5% wt.) of the weight fraction and changing the ratio of fly ash (0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2% wt.) of the weight fraction, and then studying their mechanical (tensile, bending) tests. The stress-strain shifted for the pure epoxy from being hard and brittle and becoming tough and ductile for 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2% wt with (sawdust+fly ash) percentage ratios continuing to rise within the polymer. Stress went up as a result of polymer increases in plastic deformation until the sample fractured. Meantime, one could estimate the tensile strength. Flexural strength increases gradually with the sawdust & increase of fly ash powder, and the percentage of (1.5) wt.% fly ash exhibits the highest value of flexural strength, which is (56.5MPa). Interestingly, the increase in fly ash content is leading to a rise in it's flexural properties of the hybrid composites because of the strong adhesion between the powder and the Epoxy.
