Abstrakt:	A recent study conducted by researchers at the Swedish Institute for Health Economics focused on the cost-effectiveness of screening three-year-olds for social-emotional problems and providing interventions to prevent mental health issues. The study utilized a decision-analytic Markov model to compare the outcomes of screening and intervention versus no screening and no intervention. Results indicated that population-based screening combined with parenting interventions for high-risk children showed high cost-effectiveness and potential cost savings, aligning with previous research on the benefits of preventive measures for children's mental health.
