Abstrakt: | Researchers at the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University in China have explored the role of a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) called ANRIL in cell proliferation and apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. Their study found that ANRIL upregulation promoted cell proliferation and inhibited apoptosis in Kasumi-1 cells by activating the PI3K/AKT/BCL-2 pathway. The research suggests that the GRK2 protein mediates the effects of ANRIL on cell behavior. This study provides new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying apoptosis regulation in AML cells. [Extracted from the article] |
