Abstrakt: A recent study conducted at the Central University of Technology in South Africa explored the use of Euphorbia milii DCM root extract encapsulated by thermosensitive immunoliposomes for targeted drug delivery in prostate cancer cells. The research focused on improving the therapeutic efficacy and reducing the toxicity of chemotherapeutic agents using nanotechnology. Results showed that the heat-sensitive immunoliposomes successfully released the entrapped contents upon heat exposure, demonstrating better cell antiproliferation efficacy against prostate cancer cell lines in the presence of heat.
