Abstrakt: A recent study conducted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Hefei, People's Republic of China, focused on the role of organic nitrates (ONs) in atmospheric chemistry. ONs are nitrogen-containing organic compounds primarily produced through secondary photochemical reactions in the atmosphere. The research highlighted the impact of ONs on human health, particularly in the formation of PM 2.5 and secondary organic aerosols. The study also discussed measurement methods for ONs and identified areas for further research and improvement. [Extracted from the article]
