| Abstrakt: | The article presents the case study of a 21-month-old boy who developed unsteady gait and bilateral leg weakness. Topics include the initial symptoms of ataxia and leg weakness following a recent Hepatitis A vaccination and minor gastrointestinal symptoms; the physical examination and imaging, which revealed acute spondylolysis and grade 1 spondylolisthesis; and the role of orthopedic consultation, which determined the spinal findings were likely acute on chronic in nature. |
