Ukraine (the New Ukrainian School) already has considerable experience in the field of education of people with disabilities, but there are still unresolved issues and contradictions, including in the field of distance education. These contradictions include: 1) discrepancies between the objective need of children with special needs for education and social and pedagogical services for their integration into the educational process and the lack of an adequate theoretical framework, qualified specialists and necessary technologies; 2) the need to integrate young people with disabilities into society and the lack of development of effective ways and mechanisms for their inclusion at the institutional level; 3) the potential of educational institutions in social and pedagogical work with young people with special needs and the real state of solving this problem; 4) the need to create a unified It is important to form a unified educational environment in the New Ukrainian School, where children with different health levels can interact despite psychophysical differences and different levels of development. In this regard, there is a need for early detection and correction of personal development and socio-pedagogical support for children with special needs, in particular in educational institutions, which should become leaders in this process.
