The article discusses a pilot study comparing the impact of different climate labels on restaurant menus. Participants will be randomized to view menus with various labels, such as High Climate Impact, Climate Grade, and Estimated Environmental Cost labels. The study aims to assess how these labels influence food selection and participants' responses through survey questions.
