The article discusses the importance of systematic screening for dengue, chikungunya, and Zika viruses in patients with negative malaria diagnoses after recent travel. It highlights the underdiagnosis of these arboviruses and the potential risks of indigenous clusters in France. The study aims to evaluate the infection rate of these viruses and assess clinical symptoms, onset times, and laboratory results in patients treated at Strasbourg University Hospitals between 2024 and 2025.
