Abstrakt: A recent study conducted at the University of Jos Teaching Hospital in Nigeria explored the use of serum inhibin B as a biomarker for male infertility. The research focused on its correlation with sperm count and found a significant positive relationship. The study concluded that serum inhibin B is a reliable biomarker for assessing male infertility, with the inhibin B/FSH ratio showing superior diagnostic accuracy for non-obstructive azoospermia and oligozoospermia. This research provides valuable insights into the evaluation of spermatogenic function in male infertility diagnosis. [Extracted from the article]
