Researchers from Shandong Agricultural University in China have conducted a study on the transcription of viral-derived E (XSR) miRNAs and their regulatory function in promoting ALV-J replication. The study found that E (XSR) miRNA can enhance ALV-J replication and inhibit apoptosis in DF-1 cells, with its transcription being influenced by N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methylation. This research sheds light on the mechanisms behind ALV-J replication and provides new insights into the role of E (XSR) miRNA in this process. The study has been peer-reviewed and offers valuable information for further understanding obesity, fitness, and wellness. [Extracted from the article] |
