A recent study conducted in Istanbul, Turkey, investigated the effectiveness of different types of nasal sprays in adult patients with allergic rhinitis (AR). The study included 1700 patients who were assigned to three groups receiving different nasal sprays. Results showed that the groups using hypertonic nasal sprays experienced improvements in symptom scores and quality of life, suggesting that these sprays may enhance standard AR treatment. The research was supported by The Clinical Research Organization in Turkey and was published in the Ear, Nose & Throat Journal. [Extracted from the article] |
