Abstrakt: Researchers from Cairo University conducted a study on the efficacy of the Mulligan technique for shoulder impingement syndrome. The study involved 30 patients who were randomly assigned to receive either shoulder complex mobilization with movement plus conventional therapy or conventional treatment alone. Results showed significant improvements in subacromial space, shoulder range of motion, pressure pain thresholds, and function in the group that received the Mulligan technique. This research suggests that the Mulligan technique combined with conventional therapy may be more effective in treating shoulder impingement syndrome compared to conventional therapy alone.
