Researchers at Hefei University of Technology in Anhui, China, have developed supramolecular therapeutic platforms for cancer treatment. These platforms, constructed with precise dye to drug ratios and multiple stimulus responsiveness, showed promising results in killing cancer cells in both in vitro and in vivo experiments. The study also demonstrated the activation of the body's immune response after synergistic chemo-photo therapy, inhibiting distal tumors during the treatment of primary tumors. This research offers a unique approach to enhancing antitumor and antimetastasis capabilities through supramolecular technology. [Extracted from the article] |
