A recent study conducted at Wroclaw Medical University in Poland examined the oral health and salivary cortisol levels of patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) compared to healthy controls. The study found that MS patients had more oral health issues such as dry mouth and taste disturbances, as well as lower oral hygiene habits compared to the control group.
