Bilqis MSME Banana and Tempe Chips, established on June 15, 2021, is a business group consisting of homemakers and young women in Banjaragung, Bareng, Jombang, East Java, Indonesia. There are 5 Bilqis members consisting of 2 homemakers and three young women. The products produced by Bilqis MSME are banana chips made from plantains and wrapped in various flavors such as original, sweet, spicy, and tempe chips. However, besides their excellent potential, Bilqis MSME still has problems related to the durability of banana and tempe chips that do not last long or are easy to smell, the high consistency of oil content on banana and tempe chips, and underdeveloped marketing (labeling). The solution method uses a spinner machine for the draining process, spinner machine application training, and product labeling. The result of this program is that the spinner machine can reduce oil content, so the product looks more hygienic and crisper, and increase banana and tempe chips durability.
