The present paper explores a four-dimensional nutrient phytoplankton-zooplankton mathematical model in presence of viral infection, Mathematical modeling on plankton dynamics is a great interest in researchers. Here we discuss the mass action law for nutrient. We find the existence and local stability of equilibrium points. We also derived the Biological implication of threshold parameters and community structure. To investigate the local stability of interior equilibrium point and Hopf-Bifurcation. Also discuss the Permanence of the system for future time. Viral infection has a great impact upon the plankton dynamics.
