The article discusses two cases of persistent paramesonephric (Müllerian) duct remnants in male patients, a rare congenital anomaly resulting from the failure of normal regression of paramesonephric ducts in male fetuses. The patients, aged 70 and 57, presented with pelvic masses that were histologically and immunohistochemically confirmed to be vestigial uterine structures. The article emphasizes the importance of recognizing and differentiating these anomalies from other genitourinary tract lesions, highlighting the need for high clinical and histologic suspicion in diagnosing such rare conditions.
