The article discusses a case of tralokinumab-related facial redness in a 28-year-old female with severe atopic dermatitis. The patient experienced intense erythema and desquamation on her face after initially responding well to tralokinumab treatment. Treatment was switched to abrocitinib, leading to complete remission after 3 weeks. The pathogenesis of this "red face" side effect is not yet fully understood, and further research is needed to improve management for patients with severe atopic dermatitis.
