Modern production technologies make it possible to produce a variety of products without the need to have huge production capacities and with limited resources. Such production is influenced by a complex and rapidly changing set of external conditions, where effective planning and optimization of resources have become key success factors, with account for possible trajectories of the production of complex technical objects and the employment plan of equipment and personnel, which helps to optimize processes and reduce production costs. Effective planning of such complexity is impossible without appropriate modeling, algorithms, and software. The article proposes an approach to modeling production planning processes for complex technical objects using the proposed type of temporal neuro-fuzzy Petri nets and considers algorithms and software for implementing and maintaining planning processes.
