The article investigates the purification and remediation of reverse osmosis concentrate (ROC) using the microalgae Chlorella vulgaris. The study examines the efficacy of Chlorella vulgaris in eliminating heavy metals, nutrients and other substances from ROC. It analyzes the physico-chemical characteristics of wastewater, including alkalinity, dissolved oxygen, potential of hydrogen (pH), total solids and concentrations of heavy metals, before and after treatment with Chlorella vulgaris. |
