Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the authors' response to a previous letter discussing the evaluation of the robustness of a meta-analysis on the effects of massage therapy on sleep quality in critically ill patients. Topics include debate on using prediction intervals versus trial sequential analysis to assess heterogeneity in meta-analysis, the implications of the findings regarding the necessity for additional high-quality randomized controlled trials to confirm the effectiveness of massage therapy.
