A New Benzylisoquinoline of Michelia compressa var. compressa.

Abstrakt: (+)-Zishenine (1), a new benzylisoquinoline, along with eight known compounds including two oxoaporphines, liriodenine (2), and oxoxylopine (3), two aporphines, (–)-anonaine (4) and (–)-xylopine (5), two lignans, (+)-sesamin (6) and (+)-diasesamin (7) and two benzenoids, ferulic acid (8) and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (9), were isolated from the fruits of Michelia compressa var. compressa (Magnoliaceae).
