A study conducted in Jharkhand, India, by the College of Nursing aimed to determine the perception of undergraduate nursing students towards the clinical learning environment and supervision. The study found that there is a significant lack of knowledge on nursing students' experiences in the clinical learning setting and how supervision is carried out. The majority of students felt that an effective clinical learning environment requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, motivation, and effective problem-solving strategies. Regarding supervision, students valued good communication skills, confidence in the supervisory relationship, constructive criticism, and trust. [Extracted from the article] |
