A recent study conducted by researchers at Lund University in Sweden explored the relationship between arts, culture, sports engagement, and self-rated health (SRH). The study found that there is an association between arts and culture activities, sports event attendance, and better SRH. The researchers surveyed a sample of the adult population in southern Sweden and found that individuals who did not engage in arts and culture activities or attend sports events had higher odds of reporting poor SRH. These findings could be valuable for informing public health promotion and prevention strategies. [Extracted from the article] |
