A recent study conducted by researchers at the University of Granada in Spain examined the relationship between academic performance, physical activity, and academic stress in secondary education students. The study found that academic stress is negatively correlated with physical activity and academic performance. Men tend to have higher levels of physical activity, while women experience higher levels of general academic stress and academic overload. The findings suggest that physical activity may serve as a coping strategy for academic stress and should be further explored in the context of secondary education. [Extracted from the article] |
