A study conducted by researchers at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad has translated and validated the Innovation Support Inventory (ISI-12) in Persian for clinical nurses. The study evaluated the psychometric properties of the ISI-12, including face, content, and construct validity, as well as reliability. The results confirmed that the Persian version of the ISI-12 is a valid tool for assessing the innovation support of clinical nurses.
