Abstrakt: The relevance of the research topic is that organic architecture continues to develop actively today and is one of the most relevant trends of our time. Organic architecture is an ideological and methodological counterbalance to the depersonalization of the environment and the depersonalization of humans as its main element. Accordingly, urbanization and mass construction have intensified its development. The influence of science on architecture during this period is manifested in the search for ways to avoid the unambiguity of the positivist, modernist worldview. The gap between theory and practice, which defines the specifics of the stage, plays an important role in the formation of organic architecture in the twentieth century; the emergence of materials and technologies that allow the creation of a form as a whole is also of great importance. One of the main tasks of organic architecture is the revival and reunification of the previously lost connection of the integral system "man-architecture-landscape". The main purpose of the article is to define the concept of "organic architecture" and to establish the boundaries of this architectural trend among other nature- and ecologically oriented architectural trends of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, such as green architecture, to identify the features and principles of the fusion of architecture and landscape, as well as to justify the need for human habitation in comfortable, natural conditions. Research methods. The methods of structural-systemic and structuralfunctional analysis are widely used to analyze organic architecture in the modern spatial and subject environment. Methods of structural-functional analysis are based on the interaction between the structural components of the spatial and subject environment and their relationship with the principles of the system. Research result. To define organic architecture in the modern spatial and subject environment, it is necessary to create a concept of revival and reunification of the integral system "man-architecture-landscape". Conclusions. To summarize, we can say that organic architecture is an architectural approach based on understanding the physical needs of a person and the psychological impact of the architectural environment on him or her, which considers the building and the environment as a whole through the interaction of the building with the environment. The use of natural materials allows the building to blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Due to its flowing forms, organic architecture is better suited to natural forms than the rigid geometric structures of traditional construction. The principles of sustainable development are also a central issue in organic construction: recycled materials, renewable energy sources and green building methods. The practical significance of the research topic lies in the application of the principles and methods of organic architecture, which has transformed over time into a modern form, meeting the challenges of the information society.
