Usability and accessibility are crucial factors for users to accept a particular technology. However, users' physical abilities and experiences using new technologies in their environment vary. These individual differences have contributed to the digital divide. This study aims to develop a conceptual framework to explore the correlations between ease of use, ageing, and the adoption of ATM interfaces. The convenience non-probability sampling method was used, with a sample size of 300 older adult participants. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was employed as the research instrument. The data was analyzed using Spearman's analysis, descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, and regression analysis. The results indicate a significant association between ease of use, ageing, and the adoption of ATM interfaces. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
