Abstrakt: The primary purpose of this work was to compare the microstructure, physical, and mechanical properties of cooling tiles with High Alumina copper cement tiles. As a result of their unique properties, they can be used for functions that were previously reserved for other products or, in some circumstances, take on entirely new functions. The objective is to determine the properties of materials for tiles to evaluate the effects of exposure to pure alumina and high-alumina cement on cementitious floor tiles and to determine the durable properties and strength of tiles by adding copper powder to raw materials. In this paper, a new ceramic system with high alumina content was proposed for the production of cooling tiles. In addition, we investigated the macroscopic properties and microscopic structure of the samples. The effectiveness of extracted clay as a raw material in the ceramic industry was demonstrated by comparing tile properties such as material thermal shock resistance and chemical resistance and abrasion test to standard conventional tiles. The proposed new technology enables effective utilization of other alumina-rich wastes in addition to copper powder and alumina, allowing cost analysis to be performed to verify economic viability.
