A new study conducted in Chandigarh, India, introduces a novel rotating paper disk (RPD) device for the analysis of a wide range of analytes related to obesity, fitness, and wellness. The RPD device utilizes cellulose paper and 1-octanol to simplify the sample preparation process. The method was optimized using various factors and was found to be linear and precise within a certain range. The proposed method has also been successfully applied in forensic toxicology case work. The study also evaluated the whiteness and blueness of the method using specific algorithms and software. [Extracted from the article] |
