A recently discovered document found in John André's footwear sheds new light on Benedict Arnold's treason during the Revolutionary War. The paper reveals that Arnold planned to betray the American Continental Army on a larger scale than previously known and includes the names of two American double agents, Elijah Hunter and Luther Kennicutt. These double agents played a crucial role in providing intelligence to George Washington and saving the lives of American soldiers.
