Abstrakt: Purpose; In this paper, the process and properties of imitation stone brick prepared by graphite tailings were studied. Method; The prepared non-fired imitation stone bricks were characterized and evaluated by means of scanning electron microscopy and mechanical property testing. Result; The results show that the optimum mixing ratio of graphite tailings is 50% and the aging time is 21 days. At this time, the compressive strength of the unfired brick is 35. 53 MPa, and the water absorption rate is 4. 22%, which meets the standard of product requirements. Conclusion;Through SEM observation, the surface of the prepared imitation stone brick is flat without obvious pores and cracks. The mechanical properties test shows that the imitation stone brick has good compressive strength and wear resistance. Significance; It is technically feasible to use graphite tailings to prepare unburned bricks, which is of great significance to environmental protection and resource recovery. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
