The paper presents a description of the combined technological process of restoring parts of gear pumps of the NSh-K type (using an example of bearing and clamp races) by supersonic gas dynamic spraying (GDS) with subsequent hardening by micro-arc oxidation (MAO), the use of which in repair production will allow 1.8–2.3 times to increase the service life of restored pumps in comparison with serial ones.
