Leaders from the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress parties have criticized the officials in Bhagalpur, Bihar for their inadequate response to the floods in the district. RJD MLA Ali Ashraf Siddiqui expressed concern about the severe soil erosion in the district and criticized the use of ineffective cement bags filled with clay instead of Geo bags filled with sand.
