Abstrakt: Polyherbs are used to develop a nanosuspension for treating various plant diseases. In our study, Trikadukam nanosuspension (TkNs) was formulated and physico-chemically characterized. To confirm the nontoxicity of TkNs, phytotoxicity assessment was carried out in Vigna radiata. The germinating seeds of V. radiata were exposed to various concentrations of TKNs for a week along with a control. The results showed that the TkNs reduced the growth rate of plants at the highest concentrations of 1000 ppm, without any morphological changes. The present research also showed that TkNs at the concentration of 100 ppm promoted growth parameters which confirmed that TkNs was not toxic, however, its usage and exposure to the agriculture and environment should be assessed under field conditions.
