A recent study conducted by the Department of Computer Application focused on the use of deep learning models for the detection of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) using histopathological image analysis. The study utilized a two-phase approach, incorporating transfer learning and ensemble learning, to develop an ensemble classifier for OSCC detection. The proposed classifier was compared to other leading-edge models and demonstrated enhanced performance with an accuracy of 97.88%. This research provides valuable insights into the potential application of deep learning in the field of cancer detection. [Extracted from the article] |
