| Abstrakt: |
This article summarizes a real-world study on the use of dupilumab in treating prurigo nodularis (PN). The study examined 64 adult patients with PN and found that dupilumab effectively reduced disease severity and improved symptoms in most patients. Prior to treatment, the patients experienced high disease burden and severe itch. The study suggests that long-term treatment with dupilumab can lead to the resolution of PN.
