This document is a correction notice for an article titled "The effectiveness of a self-reported questionnaire on masticatory function in health examinations." The correction addresses an error in Table 1 of the original publication, where the title (n, %) was shifted to the left by mistake. The corrected table provides characteristics of eligible patients, including gender, age distribution, and answers to a question about chewing difficulties. The correction states that there was no significant difference in age, gender, answer to the question, and results of metabolic syndrome among the groups.
