A recent study conducted at Shenzhen University in the People's Republic of China explored the function and mechanism of action of the TRPV1 channel in the development of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The TRPV1 channel is a member of the transient receptor potential family and is involved in calcium regulation. The study found that TRPV1 is highly expressed in TNBC and may play a role in cancer growth, metastasis, apoptosis, and cancer-related pain. The researchers hope that this information will contribute to the development of future treatment strategies for TNBC. [Extracted from the article] |
