A study conducted at Ganzhou People's Hospital aimed to analyze the factors that influence postoperative thrombocytopenia in critically ill patients with heart disease and construct a prediction model. The study collected data from 319 patients and found that gender, age over 60, preoperative antiplatelet therapy, and extracorporeal circulation time over 120 minutes were independent risk factors for postoperative thrombocytopenia. A nomogram was developed based on these risk factors to predict the risk of postoperative thrombocytopenia in critically ill patients with heart disease. The study provides valuable insights for clinical prediction and management of this condition. [Extracted from the article] |
